“This is a nice little place that aims to punch above its weight category. Staff is attentive and service is great at the hotel, but only so-so at the attached restaurant (there are definitely better places to eat at in Kimberley).”

“SureStay is a hotel that we will be keeping on our places to stay while in Castlegar! The rooms were updated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked like a charm which was great as the temperatures were heating up during our stay. The staff were top notch - friendly, super accommodating and very welcoming - and any time we needed anything, they were happy to oblige really quickly (soap refill, extra towels and garbage bags, etc.). “Our room was 80 degrees. We couldn't figure out the thermostat and two different staff took over a half hour to figure it out while my wife was in bed exhausted from travelling. Also one reason we chose to stay here was the restaurant (Numa) but it was closed which was not clear in the booking information. Not open Monday or Tuesday.”
